Shipping & Returns (User Agreement)

Entire Agreement
Other than as specifically provided
in any separate formal purchase agreement
between you and B Sharp Music, these
terms and conditions (this “Agreement”)
apply to all of your online purchases
from the website at www.bsharpmusic.com
(the “Site”) and may not
be altered, supplemented, or amended
by you through the use of any other
document(s). Any attempt to alter, supplement,
or amend this document or to enter an
order for product(s) which is subject
to additional or altered terms and conditions
will be null and void, unless otherwise
agreed to in a written agreement signed
by both you and B Sharp Music.
Acceptance
By purchasing products and/or services
from the Site, you agree to be bound
by and accept this Agreement. Orders
are not binding upon B Sharp Music until
accepted by B Sharp Music. We reserve
the right to refuse service to anyone.
B Sharp Music will indicate its acceptance
of an order by acknowledging your order
by reply email or by shipping the ordered
items to you.
Pricing
Because prices, product descriptions,
and availability can change quickly,
B Sharp Music does not warrant the accuracy
or completeness of the information provided
on the Site.
Payment Terms—Orders
At this time, Internet orders are paid
for using PayPal. In addition to PayPal,
for phone or mail orders you may pay
by money order, Visa and/or Mastercard.
Just call us at 1-306-757-2531 to place
your order, or complete an online order
and submit your payment. All non-PayPal
orders are subject to a 10-business-day
hold for payment clearance.
Changing or Canceling an Order
You can add or delete items at any time
during the order process before you
give final confirmation of the order.
After your order has been submitted,
you can still change the order by contacting
B Sharp Music via email
or by phone 1-306-757-2531 as long as
it has not already been shipped. Please
note that once your order has been shipped,
it is considered final and cannot be
changed/canceled. If you need to cancel
your order after you submit it online,
please contact us immediately.
Limited Quantities
Some products may be limited to stock
on hand and are offered on a first come,
first served basis.
Shipping Charges
Separate charges for shipping and handling
will be shown on your order form. Most
orders received before 5:00 p.m. Central
Standard Time, Monday through Friday,
are shipped within 48 hours. Orders
placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays
will be processed within 72 hours. We
reserve the right to make partial shipments,
which will not relieve you of your obligation
to pay for the remaining deliveries.
All items purchased from B Sharp Music
are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means that the risk of loss and
title for such items passes to you upon
our delivery to the carrier. For more
information on our shipping policies,
including rates, delivery times, and
delays, please call us at 1-306-757-2531.
Taxes (Invoices and
Shipping)
If applicable, a separate charge for
taxes will be shown on the invoice.
For all orders shipped to addresses
within Alberta, British Columbia, New
Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia,
Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario,
Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Yukon
Territory, invoice totals and shipping
charges are subject to 6% GST. For orders
shipped to a Saskatchewan address, invoice
totals and shipping charges are subject
to 6% GST and 7% PST. For orders shipped
to a non-Canadian address, invoice totals
and shipping charges are not subject
to Canadaian Federal and Provincial
taxes.
Limited Warranty
All new products are sold with the manufacturer's
limited warranty. The warranty period
and service varies by manufacturer and
product.
30-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Returns will only be accepted within
30 days of your purchase. We must be
contacted prior to you shipping a return
to us. Unless otherwise stated or arranged,
the Customer is responsible for frieght
charges associated with product returns.
Returns must include all original packaging,
manuals and warranty cards. Customer
must supply a copy of the original invoice.
All returns will be inspected for wear
or abuse, additional charges may apply.
Returns after 30 days will NOT be accepted.
No returns on special orders/non-stocks,
discontinued or clearance items, software,
harmonicas, drum heads, or sticks, turntable
cartridges, bulbs, or tapes. B Sharp
Music does not give cash refunds if
you paid by PayPal. You will be refunded
by a credit to your PayPal account (processed
within 7 business days). Other Authorized
returns will be at your choice, credited
on account, exchanged, or B Sharp Music
check (processed within 7 business days).

You agree and represent that you are
buying for your own personal use only,
and not for resale or export.

conditions, and no construction or inference
shall be derived therefrom.
